HubSpot and Canva Team Up to Help Small Businesses
HubSpot and Canva announced a new partnership that aims to help small and medium-sized businesses create high-quality visuals. The partnership brings Canva’s design tools directly into HubSpot’s platform, making it easier for teams to collaborate and publish content without switching between applications. The biggest advantage of this feature is that it eliminates the need to have a design team or extensive resources to create professional-looking visuals.
Zoho Expands CRM and AI Capabilities with Canvas Upgrades and Zia Agent Tools

Zoho introduced major updates across its platforms, enhancing both CRM customization and AI-driven automation. The latest upgrades to Canvas, Zoho CRM’s no-code design studio, bring mobile-friendly customization, a refreshed module view builder, and overall usability improvements.
Moreover, the company unveiled new AI tools under its in-house platform, Zia, including Zia Agents, Agent Studio, and Agent Marketplace. Announced at Zoho Day 2025 in Austin, these AI solutions aim to simplify business processes by enabling companies to build, access, and distribute task-specific digital agents.
Webex Contact Center Integrates with Epic to Unify CCaaS and CRM Software
Cisco has announced a new integration between its Webex Contact Center and Epic, a healthcare platform. This integration will make various capabilities from the Webex Contact Center available natively inside Epic, including routing, queue management, and reporting solutions.
Office24by7 Launches Dynamic Sales CRM
Office24by7 Technologies released a dynamic Sales CRM software. It offers extensive customization, omnichannel communication systems, and productivity-boosting features like filters, lists, and customizable dashboards.

Salesforce Achieves Significant Growth with Agentforce
Salesforce has reported massive growth, closing 5,000 Agentforce deals since October, with 3,000 of those being paid. This growth contributed to a 120% year-over-year increase in Data Cloud and AI ARR, reaching $900 million. Almost half of the Fortune 100 companies use Salesforce’s AI and Data Cloud solutions.
During the company’s Q4 2025 earnings call, CEO Marc Benioff revealed the milestone and claimed that the company has never seen product growth at this level – dubbing it the “quarter of Agentforce.”
