No-Code Isn’t Replacing Engineers, Says TableSprint Co-Founder

TableSprint

TableSprint, a Bangalore-based startup founded by Abhijeet Kumar, Chirag Jadhav, and NagaSanthosh Josyula, is changing how businesses build applications. In an exclusive conversation with Geekflare, NagaSanthosh shared how their platform is transforming enterprise app development.

On Vibe Coding

Forget rigid syntax and developer jargon. According to NagaSanthosh, the difference with vibe coding is that “people can experiment in conversations with technology platforms. You don’t need to be very precise; the system understands your intention.

On How TableSprint Works

He shared his screen to show me how it works. The platform features a “Consultant,” a conversational agent with whom users can discuss requirements as if talking to a technical team. In just minutes, NagaSanthosh showed how someone could conceptualize an event management application for the hospitality industry through a simple conversation with AI.

On the Power of True No-Code

Today, we have a bunch of no-code tools available in the market. However, most of them require developer setups for integrations or databases. However, TableSprint is not like that; it provides an end-to-end stack database, UI, logic, and cloud deployment all in one.

If you’re creating an inventory app, everything happens inside TableSprint,” he said. “You don’t need to hire developers just to deploy or connect it to a database. It’s already there.”

On Replacing Engineers (Spoiler: They’re Not)

There’s often fear that no-code tools will replace developers. But the TableSprint team sees things differently.

We’re not replacing engineers; we’re amplifying them,” he emphasized. “Now, non-tech teams can create working prototypes, and engineers can focus on refining, scaling, and securing the product. It’s collaboration, not elimination.

The idea is to shift engineers’ focus from low-level setup to high-impact problem-solving, turning them into strategic collaborators rather than system builders.

On What Makes TableSprint Different

The market is flooded with no-code tools, including popular names like Zapier, Lovable, Airtable, and more. However, the majority of these tools are used for creating MVPs. TableSprint positions itself as a full-fledged enterprise-grade platform

On How Enterprises Are Responding

Adoption in India, like any innovation, comes with phases. “At first, people are unsure, like, ‘Can this really work?‘” he shared. Then they try it, get surprised by how easy it is, and soon, it spreads across departments.

Companies like Flipkart and Vedantu are already using TableSprint for real internal workflows.

On Pricing and Future

TableSprint offers a flexible pricing model, including partnership options and usage-based plans, to cater to a wide range of users, from individuals to enterprises.

Looking ahead, TableSprint aims to further simplify the development process with features like voice input and expand its reach to serve a broader audience, including small businesses and individual creators.
