Agentforce Adds New Automation Features to Slack Integration

Slack

Agentforce has upgraded its Slack integration with new automation features. The update introduces Slack Actions, enabling users to complete tasks directly in Slack, making workflows smoother for sales, service, marketing, and commerce teams.

The new features are now live for Slack users, with more improvements expected soon. These updates help automate repetitive tasks and improve teamwork within Slack. With Slack Actions, Agentforce strengthens its role as an AI-powered assistant for enterprise teams.

Atlassian Rolls Out Managed Teams for Premium and Enterprise Users

Atlassian has introduced Managed Teams, a new team configuration available to Premium and Enterprise customers. Unlike standard teams, Managed Teams are linked to a designated group, ensuring automatic updates in membership and structure. This update aims to reduce manual team management and prevent unofficial teams from disrupting workflows.

Only organization admins can create, modify, or delete Managed Teams, offering better control and security. The rollout will be complete by the end of March for Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Loom, and Compass users.

Google Cloud and Salesforce Partner to Boost Enterprise AI

Google and Salesforce have expanded their partnership to provide businesses more flexibility in building AI powered solutions. This partnership will allow Salesforce customers to use Google’s Gemini AI models within Agentforce itself, which is the company’s AI agent platform.

Furthermore, Salesforce will be deployable on Google Cloud infrastructure. The latest partnership will build upon an existing relationship that allows for bidirectional data flow between Google BigQuery and Salesforce.
