Salesforce Unveils AI Energy Score to Measure Model Efficiency 

We all know that AI models are quite power-hungry as they require a lot of computing resources. But until now, we haven’t had any benchmark to measure its efficiency. To address this issue, Salesforce has unveiled its new AI Energy Score. It is specially designed to measure and compare the energy consumption of AI models. 

Workday Launches Platform for AI Agent Management 

AI agents are the thing of 2025 so far. Almost all tech companies are in the race to launch more and more AI agents. Today, companies have AI agents for almost everything that they do. But it can become cumbersome pretty fast to manage all the agents. That’s why Workday, the Silicon Valley HR giant, has announced the Workday Agent System of Record. It is meant to help customers keep track of their AI agents from a single control panel. 

GitHub Copilot Gets Agent Mode and New AI Features 

Github Copilot also joined the AI wave and introduced a new Agent Mode, which allows Copilot to iterate on its output, recognize and fix errors automatically, suggest terminal commands, and analyze run-time errors with self-healing capabilities. The company has also integrated Google’s Gemini 2.0 Flash and OpenAI’s o3-mini into Copilot Chat and Copilot Edits, and these models are already available in public preview.  

Chatbot Market to Grow by $9.6 Billion by 2029: Report

Chatbots are gaining popularity again thanks to AI integration. Recently, Technavio published a report stating that the global chatbot market is projected to grow by $9.6 billion between 2025 and 2029. That is a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 42.9% over the forecast period. The report also stated that the rise of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology and models like OpenAI’s GPT-4 are boosting and improving the chatbot landscape.  

Cisco Introduces AI Assistant for Webex Contact Center 

Recently, Cisco announced the general availability of its AI Assistant for the Webex Contact Center. It’s an AI tool specially designed to improve customer service operations. The tool is capable of automating routine tasks and providing users with real-time insights. 

Switching from Salesforce to Zoho Cuts Costs by 68%, Study Finds 

A report by Nucleus Research found that customers who switched from Salesforce to Zoho cut their total costs by 68%. Those moving from Microsoft Dynamics to Zoho One saved 53%. On average, businesses switching to Zoho from other CRM platforms reduced costs by 47% without losing functionality—in some cases, they even improved it.  

SAP Teams Up with Databricks for Business Data Cloud 

SAP SE has launched SAP Business Data Cloud, a tool that brings together all SAP and third-party data in one place. It helps businesses make better decisions and supports reliable AI. In partnership with Databricks, it aims to improve data management and maximize the potential of agentic AI.
