Zendesk’s Shift from Traditional Pricing Models

At Zendesk Relate 2025, CEO Tom Eggemeier, during his keynote, introduced a new outcome-based pricing model for AI agents. It is said to be the first such model in the industry, and it ensures that businesses only pay when AI agents successfully resolve customer issues. The company is also introducing a no-cost starter usage tier, which allows businesses to experiment with AI agents before scaling them up.

Workvivo by Zoom Introduces Workvivo AI

Workvivo by Zoom has introduced new Workvivo AI, a workplace assistant designed to streamline internal communication and enhance the employee experience. The tool is powered by Zoom AI Companion and is now available to Workvivo customers at no extra cost.

The tool can be integrated with an organization’s existing internal content. Companies can also add Workvivo blog posts, HR policy updates, or event details to the AI assistant’s Help Center to provide employees with more relevant and personalized information.

Xero’s New Partnership Gives a Free Tool for Small Businesses

Xero has partnered with Sumday to provide free access to carbon accounting tools. The tool aims to help small businesses track and report their emissions data, as the demand for transparency from larger corporations and government entities is increasing.

Google Just Fixed a Major Email Privacy Problem

Google recently celebrated its birthday on April 1st, and the company also introduced a new security feature for enterprise users. Now, there’s a new end-to-end encryption (E2EE) capability that aims to encrypt email communication while improving businesses’ data privacy and compliance.
