Google Introduces Passkeys to Log in Without Passwords
In the latest update, Google announced the first-ever Passkeys to log in to Gmail and YouTube accounts without entering a password. The incorporation of Passkeys enables you to securely sign in to your Google Account using your fingerprint, face, screen lock, or hardware security key.

Google states Passkeys are a safer and more convenient option to replace passwords and can log in to Google ID-linked accounts, such as Gmail and YouTube, without passwords. They are compatible with major platforms and allow users to sign in to their accounts without a password.
Passkeys are a new method of logging into apps and websites that is easy to use and provides enhanced security compared to traditional passwords. Users need not rely on easily remembered passwords which are prone to attacks.
Passkeys use biometric authentication, such as fingerprint and facial recognition, or screen lock PINs to grant users access to their apps and sites. Unlike passwords, passkeys are more resilient to online attacks such as phishing, making them a more secure option than traditional one-time codes sent via SMS.
Steps to enable Google Passkeys: In case of Gmail usage, please click on the profile photo, then proceed to manage the Google account, select security, and finally, Passkeys. The feature is compatible with both Android and iOS.
It can also be enabled on Windows desktop if a fingerprint scanner is included in the keyboard or external Passkeys are available. After activation of Passkeys, Google will also eliminate 2-Step Verification (2SV) during the sign-in process.
Parsio 2.0
Parsio is an AI-powered document parser that extracts data automatically. It uses machine learning methods to extract structured information from various sources, including emails, PDF documents, Excel, HTML, CSV, and XML files.

The gathered data may be simply exported to Google Sheets, Quickbooks, Slack, Notion, Dropbox, and over 6000 other compatible programs once parsed. You can also use its AI-driven OCR parser to extract correct data from scanned images and photos in a couple of seconds.
According to the website, Parsio assists in automating the process, saving crucial time, and ensuring more precision, thereby streamlining your business and enhancing productivity. Its email parser automation allows it to extract and export accurate data from emails, signatures, and attachments in real time.
Parsio is trusted by over 3000 of the world’s best organizations to help them work more efficiently, and it is recognized by top experts.

This program will choose startups with market-fit products and award them up to $350,000 in Azure, GitHub, and LinkedIn credits. Additionally, selected startups will receive advisor support and “access to the best Microsoft tech,” according to the Microsoft blog.
