AI Solutions, All in One Place! Salesforce Launches AgentExchange Marketplace

Salesforce has launched a new marketplace and community for Agentforce called “AgentExchange”. It will provide ready-made AI solutions to businesses to streamline operations across industries. 

AgentExchange comes with over 200 partners and includes pre-built actions, topics, and templates. According to the company, these solutions have been under security, and customer reviews have been done to ensure reliability. So, let’s take a closer look at Salesforce’s latest AI marketplace.  

What are the key features of AgentExchange?

• Pre-built AI components: These include actions, prompt templates, topics, and agent templates to help companies customize AI agents for specific tasks.
• Integration with existing tools: The marketplace offers AI-powered solutions from companies like Google Cloud, Box, Docusign, and Workday, allowing seamless data extraction, agreement automation, and HR management.
• Industry-specific solutions: Businesses can access AI solutions tailored to sectors such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and retail.
• Trusted AI solutions: Salesforce ensures that all solutions undergo rigorous security checks before being listed. 

Who is using AgentExchange?

If we go by the official blog post, then Salesforce has mentioned that companies like Goodyear have expressed interest in leveraging AgentExchange to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. Apart from that, partners like  Highspot, TechSee, and Seismic are developing integrations to improve sales and service workflows.

Brian Landsman, EVP & GM of Global Business Development & Partnerships at Salesforce, emphasized that AgentExchange is designed to provide businesses with the necessary AI tools to compete in the digital labor market. Alice Steinglass, EVP & GM of Platform, Integration, and Automation, highlighted that the platform allows developers to access trusted AI solutions that can be integrated into their workflows.  

This comes after the recent Salesforce and Google partnership. Where both the tech giants expanded their partnership to provide businesses more flexibility in building AI-powered solutions. This partnership allows Salesforce customers to use Google’s Gemini AI models within Agentforce. 

When will AgentExchange be available?

AgentExchange is now available on AgentExchange.Salesforce.com. The listing of agent templates will roll out in April 2025.
