Odoo Launches Shopee Connector for Omnichannel Commerce in Asia

Odoo, one of the most popular business management and ERP software providers, has rolled out its new Shopee Connector, designed to streamline omnichannel commerce for businesses in Asia. It allows users to synchronize and manage Shopee orders directly within the Odoo platform, which gives a centralized solution for online and offline sales management. Shopee is the largest e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and has secured a 48% market share. It is now accessible to Odoo’s users through a unified interface. The latest rollout enables sellers to oversee multiple Shopee stores across different regions without handling separate data sets. This simplifies sales management across online and offline channels. 
  
Once activated, the connector automatically captures Shopee orders in Odoo and syncs inventory at regular intervals. It ensures accurate, real-time updates on stock levels and order status across both systems.

Streamlined Order Processing and Data-driven Insights 

The connector also enables a smoother order-to-delivery process. It can generate shipping labels and tracking numbers with just one click. In addition, by choosing the Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) delivery method, sellers can manage shipments alongside sales orders from other channels.

Furthermore, the API integration supports comprehensive performance analytics. It allows retailers to use Odoo’s reporting tools to visualize sales data better. This feature helps make informed decisions about inventory management, sales strategies, and marketing efforts.
