AI Takes Over Business Operations: Oracle Launches AI Agent Studio

Oracle has launched its AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, a tool designed to help businesses create, customize, and manage AI agents. It is part of Oracle’s Fusion Cloud Applications Suite, and like every other AI agent, it also aims to enhance automation and boost productivity across enterprises.
Oracle AI Agent Studio: Key Features
The AI agent studio from Oracle is available at no additional cost and packs tools designed to streamline AI agent creation and management. Here are some of its core features:
- Template Libraries: It allow users to create AI agents with pre-built templates using natural language prompts. They cover pretty much everyday business operations like return order processing, shift scheduling, and opportunity-to-quote workflows.
- Team Orchestration: It allows multiple AI agents to work on a single complex task alongside humans. Businesses can implement checkpoints and approvals within multi-step processes to gain better control.
- Extensibility: The platform already has some AI agents, allowing users to modify and extend the over 50 existing AI agents. It allows integrating tools like documents, prompts, or APIs to suit industry-specific needs.
- Choice of LLMs: The AI agent studio is not limited to a single large language model (LLM). It comes with the Llama and Cohere models, which are optimized for Oracle Fusion Applications. In addition, it allows users to integrate external LLMs to address specialized business requirements.
- Native Fusion Integration: The platform connects directly with Oracle Fusion Applications APIs, knowledge bases, and predefined tools. This eliminates the customization process without compromising on business logic consistency in AI-powered workflows.
- Third-Party System Integration: AI agents created using Oracle AI Agent Studio can interact with third-party systems through APIs.
- Validation and Testing Tools: Built-in testing and validation features monitor AI performance, accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
