Pipedrive Got a Lot More Powerful for Sales Teams

Pipedrive

PandaDoc has launched its new CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution. It is built specifically for Pipedrive to streamline how sales teams at small and growing businesses generate quotes and close deals. The integration brings quoting, contract creation, and e-signature tools directly into the Pipedrive CRM interface.

This eliminates some of the common roadblocks in the quoting process, including manual data entry or switching between multiple tools. It also allows sales reps to configure products, generate quotes, and send contracts, all within Pipedrive. It also keeps the customer and deal data automatically synced between the two platforms.

Unlike enterprise-grade CPQ tools that often come with high complexity and cost, PandaDoc’s version is meant to be lighter and more accessible. It includes guided selling features such as pre-set product bundles, pricing rules, and approval workflows that help reduce quoting mistakes and speed up approvals.

Apart from that, for sales managers, the integration offers real-time visibility into the status of quotes and contracts, helping teams track progress without chasing updates across systems.

Sales teams thrive when they have the right tools at their disposal, especially in moments that matter most, like quoting and closing. We are excited about PandaDoc’s native integration as it brings together two platforms designed to make it easier for teams to move quickly, accurately and confidently from opportunity to closed deal – all without switching tabs.

With this addition, PandaDoc joins the list of over 500 integrations available on the Pipedrive Marketplace, expanding the platform’s ecosystem for automating the sales process from lead to close.

On a similar note, Pipedrive recently announced a new version of its solution provider partner program to support CRM consultants, system integrators, and service providers. It comes with a tiered partnership model with Authorized, Gold, and Platinum levels, where each tier provides increasing access to tools, training, incentives, and resources to help partners grow their businesses and better support small business clients.
