Browser Diagnostics
Check your browser and connection, then copy the report for support.
What This Page Checks
This page looks at your browser and connection and lists what it finds, so the support team can see what you're seeing without a long back and forth. There's nothing to install, and the checks start when the page opens.
How to Share the Report
- Select Copy report.
- Paste it into your email or chat with the support team.
If something changes, such as turning off a VPN or an extension, select Run again and copy the new report.
What Happens to Your Data
Geekflare doesn't save this report. Your IP address and connection details are read from your request so they can be shown here, and the rest is checked in your browser. They only reach the support team if you send them.
The report doesn't include your cookies, passwords, browsing history or account details. Cookies are only tested to see whether they work.
What the Results Mean
| Result | What it means | What to try |
|---|---|---|
| Cookies blocked | The browser won't keep you signed in | Allow cookies for the site in your browser settings |
| Local storage blocked | Pages can't remember your settings | Leave private browsing, or check your browser's privacy settings |
| Clock ahead or behind | Sign-in and secure connections can fail | Set your device's date and time automatically |
| Service not reachable | Your network or browser stopped the connection | Try another network, or turn off your VPN or extensions for a moment |
| Ad blocker detected | Some requests or page elements may be blocked | Allow the site in the extension if something looks broken |
Reachable means your browser could connect to that address. It doesn't confirm the service behind it is working correctly.
Cookies, storage and the ad blocker are checked on this page, which is on geekflare.com. If you only have trouble on sparkian.com, a setting or extension that applies to that site alone won't show up here, so mention it to support.
The IP address and location are how the site sees you. If you use a VPN or a company network, they will show that network instead of your own location.
