Random IP Generator
Generate sample IPv4 addresses by class A, B, C, D, or E.
What Is a Random IP Generator?
A Random IP Generator creates sample IPv4 addresses for testing, documentation, mocks, fixtures, and UI demos. This tool generates addresses by legacy IPv4 class so you can quickly create Class A, B, C, D, or E examples.
IPv4 Classes
| Class | First octet | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| A | 1-126 | Large legacy network range |
| B | 128-191 | Medium legacy network range |
| C | 192-223 | Small legacy network range |
| D | 224-239 | Multicast range |
| E | 240-255 | Reserved or experimental range |
Practical Notes
- Generated addresses are examples, not proof that an address is public, routable, or unused.
- Class D and E addresses are not normal host address ranges.
- Use generated values for test data, logs, UI samples, and mock records.
- Do not assign generated addresses to live systems without validating your network plan.
