Geekflare is now GDPR compliant. This applies across Geekflare LTD, which means it covers the Geekflare API and Sparkian, since both run under the same company.
If you’re building on our APIs or using Sparkian with your team, this update is worth knowing about, especially if you’re in the EU or UK, or if your own customers are.
What This Covers
GDPR compliance isn’t a product or a paid add-on here. It’s how we handle data across the system:
- Geekflare API — Web Scraping, Search, Screenshot, Meta Scraping, DNS Lookup, and every other endpoint under the Geekflare umbrella.
- Sparkian — our multi-model AI chat workspace, run by Geekflare LTD (trading as Sparkian).
If you use either product to process personal data, that processing now falls under a documented GDPR framework.
The Trust Center
We’d rather show this than just say it. Our Trust Center is public, and it lays out exactly what we do on security and compliance:
- Our current GDPR compliance status.
- The full list of subprocessors we use, so you know exactly who touches your data.
- Our internal security policies and controls, covering everything from access management to incident response.
